When your whole life is one miracle after another, it’s fitting that your name is MIRACLE! Miracle Pelayo is an actor, but didn’t take the traditional route getting there. She was born with cerebral palsy and uses a wheel chair. But even that is a miracle. When her mom and dad found out they were expecting, there were many physical issues & doctors suggested they end the pregnancy, but they chose instead to pray for a miracle.
